Fall is my favorite season in Tulsa. Pumpkin spice lattes, campfires, and beautiful colors can be found all over this wonderful city we call our home. It is time for us to let you know about upcoming Tulsa events that we think you should add to your calendar.
Thursday night October 22nd, Guthrie Green will set up the big screen on the stage and invites the community to come relax and enjoy a free film under the stars in the heart of the Brady Arts District. The movie- Labyrinth- will begin shortly after sunset (8:30). Admission is free and seating is first come, first serve. Movie goers are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and other amenities. Lucky’s on the Green will be open to the public for food and refreshments throughout the film.
The 2015 Linde Oktoberfest Tulsa will be held October 22-25 at River West Festival Park, 2100 S. Jackson Ave. in Tulsa, OK 74107. The hours for the festival are: Thursday: 5-11 p.m. Friday: 11 a.m. – 1 a.m. Saturday: 11 a.m. – 1 a.m. Sunday: 12 – 6 p.m. The festival grounds are at River West Festival Park, 2100 S. Jackson Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma. Huge tents modeled after the Munich Oktoberfest feature more than 50 different beers and entertainment, and a large, professionally produced carnival offers rides for all ages. Kids 12 and under free all days when accompanied by parents or guardians. Family Friday offers free admission from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. for all festival goers. Thursday night: $10.00 ($7.00 in advance) Friday until 4:00 p.m.: FREE!; Friday night after 4:00 p.m.: $10.00 ($7.00 in advance)Saturday: $10.00 ($7.00 in advance)Sunday: $10.00 ($7.00 in advance); Ride wristbands (good all day): $20.00.
Tulsa Ballet presents: Taming of the Shrew – Oct 23, 2015 to Oct 25, 2015. One of William Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies is brought to life on the stage of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center by the Tulsa Ballet for three nights only. “Taming of the Shrew” is sure to be a fast-paced and hilarious interpretation of the English playwright’s masterpiece that everyone can enjoy. FOOTBALL IN OKLAHOMA! TU, OU and OSU are all playing home games this weekend! Kick off for both OU and OSU is at 2:30Saturday afternoon. Kickoff for TU is Saturday Evening is at 7:00 in the evening. It is going to be a great weekend to get out in the stands and support our teams!

Experience new attractions including a Petting Zoo, Barnyard Ball Zone Game, and Hop-a-Long Horse Races. BOOHAHA! One of Oklahoma’s largest Halloween celebrations, Boo Ha Ha in Brookside brings together kids of all ages to celebrate Halloween with tons of activities. Dress up in your favorite costume and head to South Peoria Avenue in Tulsa for a pancake breakfast, children’s costume contest, pet costume contest and trick-or-treating. The 2015 event marks the 25th year that Boo Ha Ha has been held in Tulsa This event culminates with a massive, Halloween-themed parade featuring bands, dancers, decorated vehicles and more.Saturday October 31st!
